Zarraffa's Coffee Tamworth South

Really impressed by this place - the staff were really friendly and the food was sensational to take away. Coffee was great too and we were very glad we stopped off here when in the area. There's a drive through, takeaway or dine in option. Plenty of parking out the back too, and would definitely visit here again.

You hear people say "they have the best coffee in town". Well there was only one thing to do, try their coffee and a piece of orange and almond cake. Now, just to confirm my response, I went back after lunch for a second coffee. They were right. The rich and smooth taste was an awesome experience. Now lets talk about the management and staff You could pick out the owners a mile away. They were in thier supporting their staff on all angles. They were not overpowering and the staff looked honestly happy. I asked my colleague why is there so many staff working and she replied, "it is the busiest coffee shop in Tamworth". So impress with the team atmosphere and I totally agreed with her comment. Congratulations to everyone, it was a great experience, that I will have to repeat soon, twice. The team at Zarraffa’s Tamworth are amazing! They know us by name and always greet us personally, We’re there every weekend and I am most weekdays, and the service is always outstanding. The staff are cheerful, professional, and go the extra mile, some even remembering our drinks and cars. Four girls in particular stand out (though I don’t know their names), and they deserve to be commended. They’re true assets to the store and a perfect example of great customer service. We absolutely love them!

Staff are always smiling, no matter how busy they are food and coffee is always quick and delicious! Best coffee. Love coming here!

Zarraffas is fantastic, some barristas make the coffee a little too hot, and I did receive sugar in my coffee when ask no sugar. But overall I enjoy zarraffas coffees and I am a satisfied returning customer. The drive through line does need some direction as many vehicles enter directly from the highway, main road, and block the driveway and cut in line, which is frustrating for others already waiting in line.

Everytime I go to a Zarraffa's I get more and more impressed, the team are lovely and very helpful. The place is so bloody clean and smells nice, we got our drinks and muffins quickly. We arrived for the first time here in Tamworth and couldn't wait to get a drink from here, drive through was crazy busy yet we still got served quickly inside.
